This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. It reflects our obligations under the AMFI Code of Conduct (Code 2(f) and 2(g)) and applicable personal data protection law.

What we collect

If you contact us through this site, by WhatsApp, phone, or email, we collect only what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address, city, and the free-text message or question you write.

We do not collect PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, date of birth, or documents through this website. Any KYC and account opening happens later, offline, through the proper regulated channel.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to help you invest in mutual funds. We do not use this information for automated profiling.

Who we share it with

We keep your information confidential. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing, nor with group companies for cross-marketing. We share information only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to process a transaction you have asked us to make (for example, with the AMC or registrar).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to help you, and to meet any record-keeping obligation that applies to us. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting trackers on pages where you contact us. If we ever add analytics that use cookies, they will be off by default and will run only with your consent.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nicowealth.com and we will act on your request.
